We also believe in having fun at work and the importance of a strong team spirit. That is why we have Social Club, a team of Fortos consultants in charge of planning and executing social activities to boost teambuilding, including our conferences, after works and annual ski trip.
Health & Wellbeing
Our people is our greatest asset and well worth investing in. At Fortos we therefore put great focus on health and wellbeing of our people through what we call “Hälsoresan”. In addition to annual health tests, evaluations and tailored wellness programs for all employees, we participate in sports events and enjoy trying out new activities and sports together.

We offer a personalized career and growth path to embrace rapid development, both on a personal and professional level. You work closely with senior client executives and Fortos colleagues in various projects and you are able to design our own development path. You will also be part of shaping and growing Fortos as a company and develop our business, advancing in the areas you are passionate about.
Associate Program
We offer a one-year tailored program to develop graduates who want to rapidly kickstart their careers, make real impact and be part of building a great management consulting firm. During the Associate program you are given on-the-job training combined with formal trainings and coaching by a dedicated team leader and other experienced consultants. You also get to visit client sites and demo centres to gain deeper understanding of their products and businesses.
