About the Role

Many of our clients are undergoing radical changes to their core business, such as adopting disruptive technologies, establishing new business models, or taking the next steps on their digitalization journey. As a management consultant at Fortos, you will work closely with senior client executives and experienced colleagues on strategic initiatives and transformation programs within automotive and mobility. Together with the team, you will structure complex problems, collect and analyze data, and develop conclusions and recommendations for our clients. You will also contribute to internal initiatives and the continued development of Fortos as a growing consulting firm, while advancing in the areas you are most passionate about through a personalized career path.

During your first year at Fortos, you will join the Associate Program. It is designed and continuously improved to help talented, ambitious people grow and reach their full potential as management consultants. The program includes on-the-job training combined with formal trainings, supported by close mentorship from senior consultants and partners.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years professional experience from any relevant area (e.g. trainee background, project management background, functional experience from sales, controlling, product planning, business development, operations, etc.)

• Master's degree in engineering and/or economics/business or equivalent with excellent academic results

• People who achieve – high performers with strong drive, energy, and high ambition

• Exceptional problem solving – ability to structure complex problems and synthesize findings

• Team players who are open minded with an ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member

• Professionals who demonstrate strong judgment in complex, fast-paced environments

• Internship from management consulting companies and double academic degree is considered as a merit
