Fortos Associate program is designed and continuously improved to help talented, ambitious people to grow and reach their full potential as management consultants. The program includes on-the-job training, combined with formal trainings and coaching by a dedicated line manager and other experienced consultants. You will also visit client sites to gain deeper understanding of our customers’ products and businesses. 

Before starting the program, you are invited to participate in our company-wide team meetings and social events to promote increased understanding of our business and clients, while getting to know your future colleagues.
