What we offer
Fortos Associate program is designed and continuously improved to help talented, ambitious people to grow and reach their full potential as management consultants. The program includes on-the-job training combined with formal trainings and coaching by a dedicated line manager and other experienced consultants. You will also visit client sites to gain deeper understanding of our customers’ products and businesses.
Before starting the program, you are invited to participate in our company-wide team meetings and social events to promote increased understanding of our business and clients, while getting to know your future colleagues.
From your first day, you are considered a valued member of Fortos and will take an active part in shaping and growing Fortos as a company and developing our business, while advancing in the areas you are passionate about through a personalized career path.

The Associate program is designed with ambitious, young professionals in mind, and we believe that you are a person dedicated to make a positive difference for our clients and their transformation journey.
You could be passionate about people, sustainability, electrification, new business models, supply chain management, market expansions, autonomous solutions, or any of the other areas which actors within the automotive and mobility industry need to transform to meet future challenges such as climate change and new customer behaviors. You should also be a high performer with strong drive and ability to solve complex problems.
