You work closely with senior client executives and Fortos colleagues in various projects and you are able to design a unique development path. You will also be part of shaping and growing Fortos as a company and develop our business, advancing in the areas you are passionate about.
We provide a one-year tailored program to develop graduates who want to rapidly kickstart their careers, make real impact and be part of building a great management consulting firm. During the Associate program you are given on-the-job training combined with formal trainings and coaching by a dedicated team leader and other experienced consultants. You also get to visit client sites and demo centres to gain deeper understanding of their products and businesses.
