Position Description

Fortos is looking for experienced management consultants, who want to rapidly advance their careers, make real impact and be part of building a great management consulting firm.

As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior client executives and Fortos colleagues in developing and implementing business shaping strategies and setting the momentum in major transformation programs. You typically work in projects, where you are responsible to structure complex problems and tasks, collect and analyze data as well as define conclusions and recommendations for our clients. You also play an important role in building client relationships. As all Fortos consultants, you will take an active part in developing and shaping Fortos.

Qualifications – what we look for:

  • 2-6 years of Management Consulting experience or equivalent, preferably within some of the areas: Strategy & Business Support, Sales & Aftermarket or Operations & Product Development
  • People who achieve – high performers with strong drive, energy and high ambition

+ Senior Manager

Position Description

Fortos is looking for an experienced management consultant who can take lead in developing our business, make real client impact and be part of building a great management consulting firm.

Your main task will be to develop and expand our customer base in western part of Sweden. You will identify leads, transform them into projects and secure that projects are delivered successfully. To be successful in the role it is key to have a strong client network and profound experience within sales and business development.

As a Senior Manager at Fortos you will work closely with top managers in mid-sized and large multinational corporations. Together with Fortos colleagues you will develop and implement business shaping strategies and set the momentum in major transformation programs. You typically work with selling and shaping projects in early stages together with customers and are managing onboarding of highly professional Fortos consultants. An important part is also to supervise our deliveries to ensure that we are exceeding client expectations in all projects. This while you are working with other clients in parallel. You will play a key role in building new client relationships and extend the Fortos customer base. In the Senior Manager role, you will have a high degree of freedom in shaping strategies to succeed with business development and entering into new customer segments.

Qualifications – what we look for:

  • 8+ years of Management Consulting experience, preferably from one of the leading management consulting firms
  • A strong client management network and a proven track record within sales of management consulting or related services
  • An outstanding ability to establish new contacts and an ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high performing personality with strong drive, energy and high ambitions
  • A Team player mindset – open minded with ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member. We value diverse backgrounds in our team
